By accessing the website, creating an account, purchasing products, or requesting a consultation appointment, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18, or use the service under a parent or legal guardian's supervision. Keep your login details private and provide accurate account, contact, and shipping information. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, impersonation, or unlawful activity.
2. Products and Orders
Product descriptions, images, prices, availability, and delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may change. An item in a cart is not an accepted order. An order is accepted when the platform confirms it. We may cancel an order for stock, pricing, payment, delivery, or fraud reasons and will handle any eligible refund through the original payment route.
3. Pricing and Payments
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by the configured payment provider. We do not store full card or bank credentials. You must use a payment method you are authorised to use and must not attempt chargeback abuse or payment manipulation.
4. Wallet Credits
Consultation requests are appointment enquiries. A requested date or time is not confirmed until the consultant or support team accepts it. Any consultation fee and payment instructions are communicated before confirmation.
5. Consultations
Consultants provide informational and entertainment-oriented guidance. Consultations are not medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. Session availability, response time, call quality, and completion depend on the consultant, network, device, and platform state. Do not use a consultation as a substitute for qualified professional advice.
6. Messages, Calls, and Conduct
Use private rooms respectfully. Do not send unlawful, threatening, abusive, fraudulent, hateful, exploitative, or personally identifying content about another person. We may limit, end, or review a session to protect users, consultants, and the service.
7. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
Shipping, return, replacement, cancellation, and refund eligibility depend on the item, order state, delivery status, and applicable consumer law. Any available policy shown at checkout or in order support forms part of these terms. Approved payment refunds are returned through the original payment method; processing times depend on the provider.
8. Reviews and User Content
Submit only content you have the right to publish. You grant the platform a limited licence to display and moderate reviews or support content for operating the service. We may remove content that breaches these terms.
9. Third-Party Services
Authentication, analytics, advertising, email, shipping, hosting, and payment services may have separate terms and privacy policies. Their availability and processing are subject to those providers.
10. Intellectual Property
The platform's software, layout, text, brand assets, product media, and original content belong to the platform or its licensors. Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or commercially reuse them without permission.
11. Availability and Liability
We work to keep the service reliable but do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free content, or a particular consultation outcome. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service or order, excluding liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Changes and Contact
