1. Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately. These Terms constitute a binding contract between you ("User," "Customer") and Sri Panchami Spiritual ("Company," "We," "Us," "Our").

Third-Party Services: This Website uses third-party services including Google Analytics (for anonymised usage analytics), Google Ads (for advertising measurement), Google OAuth (for account authentication), and Razorpay (for payment processing). By using the Website, you also agree to be bound by the applicable terms of these third-party providers to the extent they govern your use of their respective services on our platform. 2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase products or book consultation services. By using this Website, you represent that you are legally competent to enter into binding contracts. If you are under 18, you may use the Website only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

3. Products & Orders

Product Descriptions: We strive to describe all products accurately — including rudraksha beads, pooja samagri, spiritual jewellery, and idol items. However, we do not warrant that descriptions, images, pricing, or availability are error-free. Colours and finishes may vary slightly from photographs due to screen calibration and lighting.

Order Acceptance: Placing an item in your cart or submitting an order does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. A confirmed order is acknowledged only when you receive an order confirmation email.

Pricing: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. Promotional offers and discount codes are subject to specific terms and may be withdrawn at any time.

4. Payments & Wallet

Payments are processed securely through third-party gateways including Razorpay. We do not store full credit card numbers, debit card numbers, or bank account details on our servers.

Razorpay Processing: When you make a payment on our platform, an order is created via Razorpay's REST API using the order amount (in paise), currency (INR), and a unique receipt identifier. Your name, email address, and phone number are collected directly by Razorpay's PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant checkout page at the time of payment — we never receive or store your full payment instrument details. Razorpay's services are governed by their own Terms of Service (razorpay.com/terms). You agree to comply with Razorpay's acceptable use policy when using their payment interface on our website.

Wallet Credits: Prepaid wallet credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by Indian consumer law. Credits unused for 365 consecutive days may be forfeited after a 30-day email notice. Wallet transactions are final once applied to a booking or order.

Refunds: Refund requests are evaluated individually. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Wallet credit refunds are processed within 3 business days.

5. Astrology Consultations

Astrology consultation services — including kundli matching, horoscope reading, career guidance, and personalised remedies — are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute professional, legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice.

You acknowledge that:

• No outcome or result is guaranteed from any consultation.
• You should never disregard professional advice based on astrology readings.
• Sessions are non-refundable once message credits are consumed or call time is used.
• Cancellations requested before session start may be eligible for full credit refund.
• We reserve the right to terminate consultations that violate our code of conduct.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders within India. No minimum order value applies unless stated during promotional periods.

Delivery Timelines: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier partner availability, weather conditions, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for delays once the shipment is handed over to the courier partner.

Risk of Loss: All risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.

7. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 7 calendar days of delivery for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. To initiate a return:

• Contact us at sripanchamispiritual@gmail.com with your order number and reason.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Spiritual jewellery and rudraksha beads that have been worn, strung, or altered cannot be returned due to hygiene and sanctity reasons.
• Return shipping costs are borne by us for defective/incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, the customer bears return shipping.
• Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection.

8. User Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Google OAuth Sign-In: You may create or log into your account using Google OAuth. By choosing this method, you authorise us to access your Google account's basic profile information (name, email address, and profile picture) as permitted by Google's OAuth consent screen. Your use of Google's authentication services is governed by Google's Terms of Service (policies.google.com/terms) and Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy). You may revoke our access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account permissions settings.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, page layouts, and software — is the property of Sri Panchami Spiritual or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. For consumer disputes, you may also approach the appropriate consumer dispute redressal forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
